🇫🇷 Une belle journée !
Belle journée aujourd'hui.
Je n'ai pas parcouru une grande distance (seulement 10 à 12 miles pour 9 heures d'effort), mais j’ai décidé de me concentrer sur le bon côté des choses : plusieurs oiseaux sont venus me voir, pas un seul nuage dans le ciel…
Après la pause de midi, j'ai pris le temps de laver quelques vêtements.
Pratique, j'ai directement enfilé mon t-shirt pour qu'il sèche sur moi et qu'il me rafraîchisse en même temps !
Aujourd'hui, le vent est toujours du sud. Demain, il tournera à l'ouest puis au nord. Après-demain il redeviendra favorable, vers le sud-ouest. Je m'en réjouis !
J'ai écouté pendant quelques heures Eckhart Tolle sur son podcast que j’avais téléchargé avant de partir. J'ai adoré !

I didn't cover a great distance (only 10 to 12 miles for 9 hours of effort), but I decided to focus on the bright side: several birds came to see me, not a single cloud in the sky...
After the lunch break, I took the time to wash some clothes.
Conveniently, I slipped on my T-shirt to dry on me and cool me off at the same time!
Today, the wind is still from the south. Tomorrow, it will turn west and then north. The day after tomorrow, it'll be favourable again, towards the south-west. I'm looking forward to it!
I spent a few hours listening to Eckhart Tolle on his podcast, which I had downloaded before leaving. I loved it!
