🇫🇷 Une question d’équilibre
Je viens de passer le tiers de mon parcours.
C'est une émotion très agréable de s’en rendre compte.
J'ai A-DO-RÉ les plus de 100 messages surprises de chacun !
Cela m'a fait chaud au cœur et m’a donné une réserve de mental énorme.
J'ai même commencé ma journée de navigation en retard (à 7h50) car j’ai absolument voulu prendre le temps de tous les lire ! Je vous aime !
En entrant dans le cockpit, j'ai vu 3 beaux grands poissons bleus, semblables aux mahi-mahi du Pacifique. Environ 80 à 100 cm de long. J'espère qu'ils vont rester autour de mon kayak. J'ai pris ma caméra GoPro et je les ai filmés.
Ensuite, un autre groupe d'environ 10 thons plus petits est resté sous mon bateau pendant un certain temps, mesurant environ 30 à 35 cm de long. Ils ont d'abord joué avec mon gouvernail et je les ai sentis dans mes lignes de direction, puis ils sont passés tout près de mon cockpit. J'ai également pris une vidéo d'eux sous l'eau.
Les vagues étaient assez grosses et chaque fois qu'elles s'écrasaient sur mon kayak, elles créaient un tourbillon de bulles. J’ai pris conscience que ces bulles apportaient de l'oxygène aux poissons. Tout est lié. En fait, plus tard dans la journée, je me suis dis que les vagues étaient un peu comme la respiration de l'océan. Inspirer, expirer, inspirer, expirer. L'oxygène est là !
Les nuages et le vent sont liés. Le vent et les vagues sont liés. Les vagues et les courants sont liés. L'océan tout entier et la faune sont connectés. Tout est interconnecté. Tout est un. Nous faisons tous partie de l'unité. La conscience de l'unité est la somme de toutes les consciences de ses parties, et nous en faisons partie.
Tout est en équilibre et c'est incroyable.

1/3rd passed. Great feeling. LOVED the surprise messages from everyone. Lifted my heart and spirit. I started paddling at 7:50 because I had to read then all. Over 100!! Love you guys.
As I went in the cockpit, I saw 3 big beautiful bluefish, similar to the mahi-mahi in the Pacific. About 80 to 100 cm long. I hope they will stay. I took my GoPro camera and got them on tape.
Then another group of about 10 smaller tuna fish stayed under my boat for a while about 30 to 35 cm long. First they were playing with my rudder so I could feel them in my steering lines then they came right by my cockpit. Also took some video of them underwater.
The waves were pretty big, and every time they splashed they created these swirl of bubbles. It really connected with me how these were really bringing oxygen to the fish. Everything is interconnected. In fact, later on that day, it really connected with me that the waves were kinda like the breathing of the ocean. Breathing in, breathing out, breathing in, breathing out. Bringing oxygene!
The clouds and the wind are connected. The wind and the waves are connected. The waves and the currents are connected. The whole ocean and the wildlife are connected. Everything is interconnected. Everything is one. We are all part of the oneness. The consciousness of the oneness is the sum of all the consciousness of its parts, and we are part of it.
It’s all in balance and it’s amazing.
